Agreement

These terms cover your use of the That Call Thing website and demo AI assistant, operated by Ducketts LLC, 31165 Temecula Pkwy Suite G3 Unit #2174, Temecula, CA 92592. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The demo assistant

• Ava is an AI assistant. She can make mistakes, so check anything important with us.
• Calls are recorded and transcribed, as explained in our recording disclosure.
• Do not use the demo for emergencies. If you need urgent help, call 911.
• Do not share payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or health information on a call.
• Do not use the demo to harass, to test for vulnerabilities, or to place automated or repeated calls.

Our services

Information on this site describes our services in general. The scope, features and price of any custom receptionist are set out in a separate written agreement with you. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee of results.

Content and ownership

The site, its text, design and software are owned by Ducketts LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view them for your own use. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and demo are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ducketts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demo.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
